Really bad customer service. We were not refunded our tickets that we booked from new Zealand and the flights got cancelled due to pandemic. Sky club travel agents kept 8000 of my flight tickets that were refunded to them from the airlines. Do not use Skyclub , as we lost our money and we would not want anyone else to go through this. They definitely don’t know how to look after their customers during Pandemic that we all are facing.

If there was a 0 star button I would have given this company that. Due to the Covid 19 situation three flights were cancelled in March 2020. I have waited since April 2020 for ay flight refund and received nothing. I know that this company have had refunds/ vouchers from 2 of the airlines involves in my flight schedule- I have had confirmation of this from both COPA and Avianca Airlines. Despite numerous correspondences via email and telephone I have had nothing back from this company. Also no correspondence unless I contact them, then all I get is platitudes. Overall, I am still owed refunds, but have come to the conclusion that I wont see my money and will never use this company again. If you do book, use a credit card and appy for a chargeback as soon as you can- do not be put off by them appeasing you until the 120 day mark has passed, as from that point all correspondence stops. Apart from their marketing emails, they still send them out.
Bella gave me excellent service, nothing was too much trouble even getting me wheelchair assistance where necessary. Will definitely use again and refer Skyclub to others.
Really Bad customer service Really Bad customer service. Rude people over there, trying to take extra money . STAY CLEAR. don’t treat their customers with respect during these difficult times. Badly run businesses
I have used Skyclub on a number of occasions now and each time they have excelled and proved to be a reliable company which offer competitive prices. I have come to learn that I can totally trust them. I will not use any other company.
